Got 20% LE on my BOB Premier Credit Card

Got 20% LE on my BOB card 1.25L to 1.5L. I have been using it for around a year with spending always less than 30%. And just 20% enhancement.

I didn't get any notification from BOB, was checking some forums here and saw the benefits of BOB eterna, so thought to check if the app has any Card Upgrade offer but instead of this, I had LE. Since I have recently got LE, if I apply to upgrade to BOB Eterna, would there be a possibility of getting my card upgraded?
