BOB Rupay issued instead of JCB rupay

As BOB is running LTF offer for Easy, Select & Premier credit cards, I applied the same with Rupay variant. As suggested on Twitter, BOB issues JCB with Rupay, but the card delivered is just Rupay, not the JCB variant, nor even Rupay Select.
What are my options now? I wanted the JCB variant.

I have installed app before delivery and registered the card, although I don't think I have set the pin. Is the card activated?

If I raise this, will this card be replaced?

i have HDFC Rupay Tata Neu Infinity Credit card. the card is on Rupay network but does not have JCB logo on it. (it has discover+Diners Club and Pulse logo) but not JCB logo. how to know if this card is supported for JCB offer?

Bro, it’s just common sense — cards with the Discover, Diners Club and Pulse logos are DFS cards.

JCB cards have the JCB logo on them.

A simple way to identify it — if your card number starts with “65”, it’s a Discover/Diners Club variant and if it starts with “35”, it’s a JCB variant.
