BOB Select Visa Card Reward Rates?

Guys , Can you please clarify this?

Zomato Transaction on BOB Select Card Gave me 1x Reward Points but in there Website

• 5X i.e. 5 Reward Points* for every Rs. 100 spent on Dining and Online spends
• 1 Reward Point for every Rs. 100 spent on other categories.
  0.5 Reward Point for every Rs. 100 spent on Select MCCs*.

I think Zomato comes in Online Category or even in Dining Category then it has to give 5x Reward but its giving only 1x!

if the MCC is not under the dining category then you wont get.. its a visa / zomato issue of tagging.. Not a BOB issue

That is the only way.. It seems that zomato is not considered dining and is tagged as online / ecommerce possibly

even if it is considered online spends then it has to give 5x according to its policy right? I have shared the screenshot see the Name - Zomato Online and Zomato!

Jiomart and even Jio Fibrenet are somehow taken as "MCC" for my Easy card 🙁 Paltry 0.5 * 0.25 reward rate!

For BOB Select, it's now de-valued to 1 RP=₹0.20. Anyway I won't leave even ₹100 from this faaltu and chor bank. Have filed RBI ombudsman complaint for not giving 5X RPs on phone purchase from Flipkart citing MCC excuse. Basically BOB made all their CCs useless by excessively devaluing them except the Snapdeal card (for now)

Update: After RBI ombudsman complaint, BOB Financial revealed that Flipkart set the MCC 5699 APPAREL AND ACCESSORY SHOPS -- MISCELLANEOUS for a smartphone listing which is why BOB didn't give 5X RPs!

I guess we need tougher ecommerce laws. Flipkart is the one who is responsible, don't you think? BOB has washed off their hands by having it in their Terms and Conditions already that if a merchant uses wrong MCC, they are not responsible and won't give accelerated reward points.
