HDFC does not issue as a floater/dual credit card currently, as per the internal credit policy and guidelines of the bank.

Don't worry faizal sabka badla lega. I'm going to bamboo them through rbi attaching npci circular as they are not giving equal reward points on upi transactions

They have come to sense after my escalation to RBIO. Now, They explain all the details when they get confirmation of Network conversion from the Customer. lol.

I am still fighting for the milestone RPs and looks like will have to escalate this again to the Ombudsman.

Wut, is that for real! I took great pains to convert from Visa to RuPay assuming all lounges listed on RuPay are going to be available. But I’m going to be more bummed if the reward structure is different from the other network cards.

That's why many of us didn't switch, especially from VISA Infinity to Rupay Select. VISA Infinity offers a lot of perks, especially when traveling internationally. Plus, the BOB Rupay Eterna card does not offer any Rupay perks such as OTT or spa services.

FWIW, they pointed me to the full RuPay website lounge list when informing me about the conversion, so I do have hope.

Duh, I’m all for RuPay but your argument is too one-sided. Yes you can make UPI payments, but that’s not the only reason to get this card. I’d like to hit the 3.75% reward rates on everything else as well that Eterna is known for, else the whole thing is pointless. I want someone who has actual experience with that to confirm this.

Banks have put restrictions. On hdfc website infinia lounge access list also seems pale infront of this visa generic 74 list. As you rightly said someone who has tried can only confirm
