Bob SNAPDEAL add on card application query

I am looking to apply 2 add on cards for my wife & father but I can't see any mobile no filling option during application filing .

Is it normal or all upi transactions & online otp transactions sms will come to primary card holder only is anyone have experience same looking only for bob card

I have following query if any one have bob card
1. Secondary or third card holder will get otp ,sms on their reg. Mobile no.
2.Other two members able to use from their mobile app upi with above add on card
3. All otp & transactions Details will come as usual to primary card holder only every time need to share them if they swipe card.

I got addon for my wife for my BOB HPCL Energie credit card using mobile app

It asked for mobile number and she's been able to use it for UPI. OTP comes to her number.

I have applied add on card from bob card Portal it asked simple Details like Pan Adhar & uploaded some self attested documents nothing asked like any mobile no email how it will go.


There bob card app unable to log in trying from last 2 days.

Otp comes but not moving to next page tried I think 20 times in 2 days install uninstall no progress.

It does take some time nowadays. I would suggest to wait after entering OTP for a few minutes

Login to BOB Cards and apply for add-on. If your card is a virtual card, you can't apply for add-ons. Don't apply for BOB Cards website, that sucks.

I got 3 addons for BOB Easy and 1 for BOB Select for BOB Cards app. Now currently all BOB cards closed as getting BOB Eterna (its under processing) but can tell you exact steps again only when I get BOB Eterna and apply for its addons.

Physical card you can request by emailing them too at crm@bobcard.co.in

i am telling here already physical card i have in snapdeal as primary concern is add on card apply, contact details & bob card app not working now as well .

email to customer care or Google it with add on pdf form, attach ID cards and pan. mention in the email that you want another mobile number.

they will do it, i have two bob cards( including snap virtual ) and both were processed
