Oh will retry tomorrow on laptop then
I can't see additional card icon itself in netbanking.
Can existing BOB card holder apply for this or only if it is showed in Additional Card offers?

It means this is additional virtual card. If you have existing BOB card then only you'll get this LTF offer as of now..
