i Did two transactions for paytm wallet load got zero points
Think they have stopped

What do you guys do with Payzapp wallet load? Can it be used for UPI payments or rent payment or CC payment?

Paytm Wallet Load - The merchant is only Paytm, doesnt; give me Paytm Wallet Load IN? Is this fixed now?

Rent payment and Bob cc payment works.

Also, payzapp card can be used at several other places as well.

How does bonus points work with refunded transactions?

Say i spent 41667 and got 6250 points, then spent 10000 more and got 300 points.

Now got 20000 refund (from earlier 41667 spends), will the points reduce by 600 or 300+1500 or 3000? Also, what happens if I don't have enough points at this time?

If I did another 20000 transaction post refund, will i get 600 or 300+1500 or 3000?

I faced issues on reversal and points i had to write email and in next statement it was rectified..It h append in August 2022

Could you share overall picture? How much you spent, got reward points, refunded, and reversal points.?

For me, i spent 41667 in multiple transactions, got 6250 points. Spent another 100, got 3 points.Redeemed all points.

now 20000 refunded from first 41667 spends. Reward points stayed 0, but I got one entry for 'FIN CHR CAL CHG TODAY' . No idea what this means. Did another transaction of 20K and points remained at 0. Hopefully this compensated for 20K refund.

Yet to try another transaction, but I hope next one will give usual 3 points or 15 points, if next statement cycle.

"PAYTM"- in Statement, It will reflect as Paytm_PaytmAddmoney

a quite long time.

Earlier, for a few wallet load txns, Paytm tagged Utility or Travel MCC, while doing wallet load via Third Party apps or Paytm itself.

That’s the only thing to stay with paytm for years
Wallets loaded with non wallet mcc😉
