BOB Card Bobcard easy ltf through Facebook???

I am willing to take any unsecured bobcard and add it to my cc portfolio. Just saw their Facebook advertisement it's lifetime free whereas the website shows paid card which can be eligible for fee waiver. Also have asked bobcard on Facebook this was their response

How to verify the same , and is this really ltf or just a gimmick?
