Nah. I have been a lurker here for a long time now. Finally ended up creating an account and participating.

I think the number of such cards has been reducing recently (still not over Atlas devaluation). That's why I decided to make a list and find out which cards actually do still give these benefits.

What about renewal benefit? Is there any?

Not really but 10,000 ER points which are worth 2000 on 2.5L spends in an year.

I mean some people say that rack rate of Accor properties are higher when booked directly via them so perception of Accor points value is high ( i don kno if i was able to explain)

You get a Fit Pass Pro Membership with the card and it renews every year as of now. This membership allows you to access any of their centers 3 times a week for the year. The value of this membership will depend on where u are. I have multiple gyms/fitness centers/swimming pools I can access within a 2km radius which makes this membership worth 10-20k for me easily.
