Bonus 1000 Points on last day of the month

I have completed my 6 transactions today on my Amex Gold Charge card. They still show as pending.

Are the transactions counted on day of payment or once they are settled for 1000 bonus points?

Also, are fuel and wallet transactions counted towards the bonus points?
