For me merchant settlement done, orders cancelled and waiting for the refund. Credit limit got blocked.

You can do with SBI CB or HDFC Millenia also.

Flipkart axis is not showing any cashback on payment page ( during cvv entry, it usually shows cashback ) isn't it? So I think it doesn't give any cashback.

as per card TnC, it should give cashback. Cashback should not depend on payment msg in Flipkart
