Buying Amazon Pay GC with Infinia Smartbuy

Hi, I want to know fellow members' thoughts on maximising Amazon Pay gift cards. Every month I buy 20k worth of Amazon Pay gift cards from AMEX Multiplier to get 2.6k points on my Amex MRCC card. To maximise further, I was planning to buy 20k worth of Amazon Pay gift cards from Infinia's Smartbuy platform. The catch on buying from Smartbuy is that it charges 2.5%+GST which roughly comes to about Rs. 590.

I know the recent change does not allow partial payments for purchases on Amazon but my plan to use the balance is for insurance premiums and bill payments.

Did 2 transaction on 2nd of Nov on Payzapp for smartbuy amazon vouchers
Got Base points only
Contacted CC who said yes only base points can be seen for your transaction and said he will raise ticket
Ticket got closed the third day and no info how it closed
Followed up with CC again who said as per smartbuy guideline it will be credited in 90 days

I said this is usually credited in 3 days

He said they are working in it...
I received a call from Infinia CC, I was told that there was an issue between Nov 1 & 10 where several ppl didn't receive their accelerated points. According to her, the issue has been rectified but it might take a week or so to get the accelerated points on such transactions.
I suggest, ppl affected should go ahead and have a formal compliant raised for the tracking purpose.

2 days after the call from their CC, today I received an email which states the following and which has nothing to do with the issue at hand:
"On receipt of your complaint, we have liaised with the concerned team and we have received the update that effective November 1,2024 IRCTC offer has been changed to 1% is applicable."

thik hai bro just wait xD kuch din me nai aya ombudsman me daal do and ask compensation 😆😆 for the hassle u faced xD 2-5k mangna bolna itna fees dete hai and this is the service we are getting 😛

The bonus RP's are just credited as I could check in the morning
My transaction was done on 02.11 and credited on 15.11
This is the longest I have ever seen HDFC cr3diting the RP's...usually they are credited in 3 working days...
