Axis Atlas cards have a well-documented problem that they are not being accepted for chip insert payments on PineLabs POS.
They are now not being accepted on Axis Gyftr (Gift Edge) and Axis Woohoo (Grab Deals Insta Vouchers) as well. The problem here is likely that the BIN (first six digits of the card) assigned by VISA for Atlas that is 410038 was also assigned to First Gulf Bank (UAE) previously. So many payment processors probably identify the card as a foreign card and refuse payment.
Does anyone have an Atlas card that has a different BIN other than 410038? If there is, do you face any issues with the card on Pinelabs POS or on Gift Edge?
As usual since the idiots at Axis don't do their jobs properly it is up to us to sort their **** out.
