Issue Resolved Can’t apply for IDFC First app sticker

The highlighted issue has been resolved by the bank/financial institution.
See the screenshot attached, basically when I’m trying to apply for the second time for the first tap sticker because for the first time I had a wealth account which got upgraded to private, and then the sticker was closed and from last two weeks, I’m trying to apply, but it is always throw a error. and yes, I have already emailed my RM. I have called to the customer care. They don’t a clue have reinstalled the app, still the same error. Anybody face this issue? How do they resolve it?

Update - 26/02/2025 - to resolve this error of "unable to process your request" call your RM/BM and tell them you can't apply and you need First tap so this is backend issue so in a day or two card will be available for Pin generation automatically.

I got the same screenshot. I guess it did not load properly in the app

However, I got email and sms with request ID. So I am guessing the request got registered

Sorry for a non related question, how did you upgrade to private ? What criteria did you show them ?

Recently I got a Firstap sticker for my Select Account.
Fun Fact: It is not available for JA accounts, only the Single account holders can take the sticker.
So, will the Sticker get closed when I upgrade my account to Wealth in June?
I also requested my RM for my JA accounts to issue the sticker, will update you if they provide it or not.

Yes first tap sticker would be closed when your account is upgraded.

Same but I was able to apply again yesterday today
