I am doing the same
MobiKwik u can add and it works sometimes but not perfectly fine

Uninstall and reinstall again
Use the correct mob no which u have sb accounts mapped
Once mob verified add sb account first then only Bhim take cc to add

Tried all the ways, I’m trying to login with valid number. I used to have BHIM app and active account. Not sure why it’s not working now

Thanks, i can see Rupay credit card upi option after deactivating and re activating all bank accounts on phonepe.

I have added axis iocl rupay and hdfc tata neu infinity on phonepe and bhim app on ios

I have added HDFC Neu and Union Bank Select CC on PhonePe and BHIM. Both are working well on both platforms.

If problem keeps on arising for adding, just switch off Wi-Fi and do it on Mobile data, it will definitely work.
