Can AU Zenith be converted to Xcite Ultra or LIT

I have AU Zenith Card issued on LTF basis, on checking multiple threads I believe AU LIT or Xcite Ultra is better option.

Has anyone able to get this converted recently?

I see in LIT card we can opt for 10x RP by Paying 299 for 3 Month. What is the value of 1 RP in LIT, in Zenith and in Xcite Ultra

Lit will be a better option as you can maximize returns by subscribing to different plans based on your needs.

Value is ₹0.20 when converted to amazon gv. ₹100 redemption fee+ gst.
