Can my family members use my Tata Neu Infinity Card for cashback?

Hi, I recently got a Tata Neu Infinity Card and I see that we can get 10% on BigBasket/Tata 1MG if we order using Tata Neu App.

Can my parents use my Tata Neu Card on their Tata Neu accounts to get this cashback? I can order things on behalf of them to get the cashback I guess, but I wanted to know if they can use their own account with this card.

Axis doesn't report as well

That means -
Axis, sbi, and HDFC are good for bank offers, when you don't want additional a/c in your relatives cibil (via addon)
While, if you are applying addon card in hope for building cibil of your relative then - icici and amex are good option.

Can someone clarify regarding the 1.5% cashback on other than tata spends (non-upi). will it be posted to primary card holder's neu account or to add on card holder's neu account?
