Can someone guide me on how to get HDFC Tata Neu infinity LTF

I am a bit late to the Rupay credit card game and recently my family spends are also aligning with many Tata products (Westside, Bigbasket, 1mg). I dont watch the IPL so was unaware about the Neu league where people were getting LTF
I received a message offering me FYF Neu Infinity but i would obviously prefer LTF. I have a good relationship with HDFC and am moving from DCB to Infinia

Also with regards to UPI on credit card, does this card work with HDFC UPI app or will you have to use third parties like Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe

What the limit ?

Don't activate, wait until 30th day from card approval

Ask for ltf .... mail to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com

From 26th day, you might get call to activate ask them for ltf ...

If above methods didn't work activate card at the end of 29th day.

Don't do any transactions....

But Hdfc is very cunning, when we add card in mycards or setpin ..... they will consider as activation.

If you have enabled the card, you might have redirected to mycards ..... I'm sure they consider this as activation.

So, Yes We can get Tata Neu Infinity Card as Lifetime free Card.

Process is pretty simple but patience is required.

I will share my experience how i got it.

Firstly, i mailed HDFC Grievance team twice for Lifetime free request. On first attempt they denied.

On second time they provided me One Year Free. But i was not happy.

3rd time they denied that we have already given our best from our side.

So i tried convincing on mail to Tata Neu Customer Care. But they said we are just mediator. Only HDFC team can provide Lifetime Free Card.

So i mailed to customer services of HDFC Card and then something magical happen.

They accepted my request and provided me Lifetime Free Card.

NOTE: My reason to ask Lifetime free card was pretty simple. I already had transacted 1.5 L amount in 2 months and i told them that i can easily transact 3L amount in a year to get every year free. But still many bank cards are providing me Lifetime Free Card which i expect from HDFC side as well by seeing my Cibil Score: 750+.

Also, After converting my Lifetime Free Card, i got to know that there are Tata Neu Card People in Croma Shops which also provide Lifetime Free Tata Neu Card.
