I applied 2 times directly online for SBI Simply Click but don't know never get the card Every Time All The Verification Happens

Actually applying SBI Cashback as first card is better.
My friend with low cibil score compared to mine got 5L limit as new customer.
And me being the faithful SBI CC customer for so long got the SBI Cashback card for 10K limit. So pathetic 😀

In April I tried to close card but they called back and ask to hold it till 1 yr completion
From next day my app shows upgrade to elite card but didn’t took it
