Server down hona matalab bas ye nahi hota hai, Paytm jaise app allows hi nahi karenge pay karne ko unke algorithm ayesa designed hai ki if txns jada failed ho raha ho particular bank ke case mein toh, pay karne hi nahi dega citing reason your bank is facing severe transaction failure, like that.

Server down, txn failure Kotak ke case mein bhi hota hai, ek baari toh paisa hold pe chala gaya tha, by chance baad mein kuch hrs ke baad fail ho gaya.

Apne aap reverse ho jayega report karne ke bhi need nahi hai if deduct ho gaya and beneficiary ke account mein cr. nahi huwa toh ✌️ though aaj tak in sab chakro mein nahi padna pada hai hope aage bhi na pade 🤞

In my knowledge No ! You can't upgrade in Canara Aspire.
This account can be opened newly.

By the way Canara bank has one account Policy so if you want to open new aspire account You must be close your exiting account.
