Bhai branch jake baat karo,my branch is near to my house so aj branch gya tha to bole aur v 2 jan ko same card aya hai which shouldn't. i have submitted the card with new card application form baki dekhte hai kya hota hai.

In my knowledge No ! You can't upgrade in Canara Aspire.
This account can be opened newly.

By the way Canara bank has one account Policy so if you want to open new aspire account You must be close your exiting account.

Ni but wo bola ki ye wrong card aya hai.. unko v pata ni kya karna hai ... Mene pucha ki charges ni katega to, bola ki nai katega.

Specifically who are facing wrong card issuance.
Check first 6 digits of card no in mobile banking app if starts with 652391 than it's platinum millenia DC otherwise it's different.
If it's different than apply for platinum millenia.
( By the way by default new aspire accounts generate only platinum millenia DC )
