I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered regarding my recently opened Canara Aspire Savings Account. I opened the account on XXXXXXX 2024, and as part of the account opening process, I was supposed to receive the Rupay Platinum Millennial Debit Card, as stated for Canara Aspire account holders. However, I have received the Rupay Platinum Debit Card instead.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for the correct Rupay Platinum Millennial Debit Card to be issued for my account and deactivate rupay platinum debit card which is currently issued at the earliest.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a resolution at your earliest convenience.

We have to highlight that wrong dc is being to issued to all including me, since few days.

Better to put bin number of both the cards to make differentiate with the name and illustrative images for both the cards; what was supposed to get delivered and what got delivered.

More thing, need to highlight, no charges shall be levied because of Bank's fault.

Politely say, you will be knocking door of BO of RBI when your issue will not get resolved within reasonable time period and in case of failure in acknowledgement of concern.

BTW All of the new account holders are getting only platinum so Despite all of this I think problem is from root level.
Generally private banks does this type of shit , mentioning on sites and then changes t&c
This is weird because it's new account, nearly 1 month since it's launched.
Try your best those are facing issue.
This issue can be solved in unity only.

Chutiya bank bhai me branch gya tha last week.. the guy was aware of the account type and card type. He agreed that i have received wrong card, he also called someone like maybe branch manager or some other person and said 2 3 people reported that they have got wrong variant card for the aspire account what to do. Then he asked me to submit the card and fill the card application form, and write an application mentioning account number and card which you received is wrong.

Thats all its been a week no updates 😂 i forgot to get his number and now am in different city .
 
I am just avoiding activating the account.
I received the kit, had to do now IP, so haven't logged in into the app or generated pin or anything, just registered the complaint on their portal and waiting for reverts.
 
What's the difference in between rupay platinum Millennia and rupay platinum db?
I can't find anything on internet if anyone knows please reply.
