Today I went to branch . Issue was raised by the branch a week ago but got reply from head quarters till date .
After talking with 3-4 people by the branch official he said I will issue millenia today and will holtlist rupay platinum card .
He will also make the fee reversed for the holtlisted debit card .

You mean to say, got no reply from headquarter? I think your mistakenly wrote affirmative sentence.

But Canara has hotlisting charges of ₹177 (150+18% GST) also. 🤣

Yes in their system it showed that the query has been assigned to head department. But there was no reply .

177 would be reversed after it gets debited

@Aniket i received this card only, and its been more than a week(on 2nd nov) since i visited branch and raised the request as per the branch guys guidance. My card got hotlisted within 2 working days. Till now no cards showing in the app. As i am currently in other city can't visit base branch.
