Canara Setu BBPS payments via Debit Card Dead? ( Debit Card Option Back )

I did payment for 71k on canara setu and transaction got failed..!!

I am sharing workaround from my observations.

Login to setu and try to complete as fast as you can like within 60-90 seconds.

Don't inititate next txn without log out and logging in again and doing txn quickly. Keep clearing browser data or use incognito mode and then close browser and open again. On mObile phone keep clearing you data in privacy. I always use my laptop (except in case of jioFin which is dead now).

If you move away from setu page to another page/tab, it can lead to problem so stay there to avoid session expiry problem.

Setu thoda possessive nature ka hai from last month. Idhar udhar jayo toh fail kar deta hai txn.

I said those who are facing problem. Ab bhai agar aapko problem huyi ni toh kya karu mai? Jab hogi tab try kar liyo. 🤣 Kai baar session timeout problem aati hai setu pe. Just chill and pay CC bill before all went down the hill.

Yes possible, I paid today back to back by saving dc details in mobile by keeping 1-2 min of gap after each transactions. Did not faced any issues. I used IDFC DC. Maybe DC used is also could be one of reason of failures.

SBI virtual RuPay DC -

1st option - Canara Setu
2nd option - Phonepe (Free only for RuPay DC)
3rd option - Billdesk cc bill pay (Amex & SCB CC billpay also supported) - Only RuPay DC accepted.
4th option - SBI Unipay

SBI virtual RuPay DC - total 1% value (0.25% base reward + 0.25% virtual bonus + 0.50% milestone benefit on every 50k spend).

Minimum spend Rs200 or every 200 spent get reward point.

Why is Unipay the 4th option for SBI virtual Rupay DC? Does Unipay not lead to the above listed cash back?

Unipay has broken heart especially for HDFC ESP card holders as they were on ventilator from long and now dead. So it is put last in rememberence of HDFC Plati-numb card. 🤣

I have idfc future first debit card on visa Signature network. will i get any points if i pay a bill of 67k on canara setu?
