Issue Resolved Canara Setu BBPS payments via Debit Card Dead? ( Debit Card Option Back )

I am sharing workaround from my observations.

Login to setu and try to complete as fast as you can like within 60-90 seconds.

Don't inititate next txn without log out and logging in again and doing txn quickly. Keep clearing browser data or use incognito mode and then close browser and open again. On mObile phone keep clearing you data in privacy. I always use my laptop (except in case of jioFin which is dead now).

If you move away from setu page to another page/tab, it can lead to problem so stay there to avoid session expiry problem.

Setu thoda possessive nature ka hai from last month. Idhar udhar jayo toh fail kar deta hai txn.

One important thing: Suppose if the transaction fails or keeps loading even after money deduction, don't lose hope, simply refresh or do backward-forward. Not only Canara setu but it worked for many PGs in the past.

Umm looks like the merchant name has been changed now. Not sure if MCC has changed too.

On feb2, merchant name was "ECOM PUR/Retail CC"
On feb3 now, it's "BES/POS PUR"

I did not face any issue like this. Paid for around 10 credit cards approx 1.5L on 1st Feb between 6-7pm. Only issue faced was txn failing from idfc end (got calls to authorise txns 3-4 times) otherwise everything worked for me. And it was all in one session without logging out of canara setu even once and it was normal tab (no incognito). Maybe it depends on the gateway traffic and the time when you are paying.

Chill bro. Calm down. No need to get triggered.

If the server is down or many txns are happening then anyone will face the problems. Issues popping with setu is due to the fact that almost all of the folks are now trying to pay through it and the server might not be capable to handle these large amount of txns. They will scale it up and we will see less issues in the near future.

Checked. Federal Bank cc update nai hua hai. Aur canra setu pe still processing show kar rha.
