Can't pay more than 20,000 using HDFC platinum Debit card on Mobikwik

I'm trying to pay 50k bill on Mobikwik through my HDFC easeshop platinum debit card. My credit card is HDFC Tata Neu infinity
But it's saying that you can't pay more than 20,000 using this card

I paid 20k and it's working, but when I'm paying 20k again it's saying the same error message
Is this a Mobikwik restriction? Because on HDFC's bill pay portal I'm able to pay more than 20k using this card

Any other way I can earn 1% cashback on my full amount? What about Payzapp, I think we can pay HDFC Bills using debit card, unlike the net banking portal

Yes absolutely

I paid the HDFC bill a couple of months ago using this method and I have only 100 Rs in my wallet (probably because I used some coupon code). It looks like I have not received anything more on Mobikwik.

Depends upon the which coupon code you are using. FULLPAY 1% cb from Mobikwik is upto 100 rs only

I paid 10000 for Tata Neu via Mobikwik- HDFC Platinum Debit card on 12th Aug. Still I don't receive Cashback and the amount has not been received in my credit card—any Idea on when I will get Cashback.
