Can't view Federal Credit Card in app

Can anyone please help? I got Federal Bank Visa Imperio Credit Card recently. But in the FebMobile app whenever I try to click on Credit Card section it loads forever! I can't check any card details or controls.

All the details in my Savings account and card are same. (cust Id/mobile no/email etc)

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application 10 times, tried changing mobile phone and de-register account from FedMobile app and again re-register many times.

Anyone else faced this issue? I visited the branch, they are clueless! I've mailed the customer care as well, no reply until now!

I'm into the same issue. Can't do much. When your virtual card was ready? I got my card just today morning, so thinking it might take some time

Yes it takes some time to get updated in their app. I used IVR options to activate my federal imperio credit card.

Yes, I also activated the card using IVR today.
But it’s been 2-3 days since I got the card.
It was approved 7-8 days ago.

It should be showing in the app now!

I applied today and got the virtual card mail today. There was an option to activate the card by ticking an option. It was written that it would take 48hrs to make it active. May be you should also wait for 48hrs

I didn’t got any virtual card buddy. Just a mail that card has been approved around 7-8 days ago.
Then recived the physical card 2-3 days back!

Update: It’s finally visible in the app after clicking on Credit card option on home page.
But the next screen is unresponsive.

Will update if that gets sorted!
