Cashback on HDFC millennia debit card

Hi,
So recently I opened an HDFC Bank Ac for my father and got a Millennia Debit Card in the instant kit...
Will I get cashback for making CC bill payments using this Debit Card?...If yes then how?

As Marchant category code mcc is 6540 which is valid for cashback points

Are you sure of this?! I know that the threshold for cashback kick-in is 400 Rs. But where does it say that the spends also have to be in multiples of Rs. 400? I know that for redemption the points can be encashed only in multiples of Rs. 400? But for spends?!

HDFC never credits Millennia DC cashback to everyone at once
They always credit Millennia DC cashback in batches

1.I can just do wallet load in Apay and can transfer back to HDFC and I will be eligible for cb rgt?
2. If i pay cc bill using sbi unipay I will eligible for 2.5% cb rgt?
3. I can see cashback points in month of march rgt, for Nov spends?

To get above Cb shd i register anywhere or if use it will i be eligible?
