Is anyone know, whether hsbc debit card holder gets 5% cashback on utility bill payment?

Thanks. I have salaried debit card of hsbc bank. While checking with support team they denied 5% on utility bill payment. But in t&c its not mentioned.

No if cashback is due it will be posted within 60 days, if you don't mind me asking, what utility you paid? which platform you used for utility? Even I had found some irregularities in Cashback hence asking
