If it’s AU’s then yes. Many a times owing to conditions like this even if they credit rewards then vesting time is so long it’ll get reversed as soon as the glitch is known.
Here glitch refers to a situation where rewards/cashback are tracked but not credited till vesting period is over and till the potential ineligibility is known. They do this with cases especially where rewards are significant. I have had two instances with them for reversal (it’s shown as cancelled) when they found out the ineligibility/violation of terms were there for the said transaction. Cashback got cancelled even though I dint return the order but it took them 3 weeks to realize the same. This was way back in 2021 and that too with a FMCG order now definitely the systems are robust than before.
