Cc bill payment via freecharge not reflecting.

Hello, I paid my hdfc rupay cc bill of 900rs and 500rs in two transactions via freecharge with hdfc platinum dc 3days ago.But neither payments are reflecting on the card.
Can anybody help how to raise complaint regarding this with bank?

Same issue. Paid Tata Neu card on Monday using Payzapp. Transaction successful but not credited to card account.

Why did u use fraudcharge any special reward ?

Axis Bank owns this app, very poor service. Even they charge 1% fee if any bill payment amount crosses 1k

I think it was not Axis Bank's app. It was later acquired by Axis in 2017

It was good app during 2012-13. I did many transactions during those days

since mobikwik stopped 1% on hdfc dc, tried this. Got 1% from hdfc dc, but payment is still not credited to hdfc cc , but since i got cashback, i know it will be credited. so chill

Except more than 1k of bill they charge convince fee.(freecharge)

Freecharge have Utility MCC so you will get reward points
