Cc bill payment via freecharge not reflecting.

Hello, I paid my hdfc rupay cc bill of 900rs and 500rs in two transactions via freecharge with hdfc platinum dc 3days ago.But neither payments are reflecting on the card.
Can anybody help how to raise complaint regarding this with bank?

Refund will come don't worry.

I tried paying and my txn failed. I received a message saying refund will be adjusted in FreeCharge credit card but I don’t have any. Refund also says it’s a coupon.
