Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

When I was looking at their screen, she selected the Cent Queen product code specifically. Usne pehle mera bi normal card apply kiya tha but it failed due to insufficient balance. Application screen me product code ka ek drop down hai usme ata hai Cent Queen ka.

@dvader us dropdown menu me normal rsdc ka option bhi hai ?

Thats a seperate option. Pehle wo whi use kar rhi thi, jisme sare debit card types ate hai, plat, select etc. Fir ek collegue ne bola try product code. Fir usne product code se try kia. I am 99% sure usne prod code k alawa kch aur ni change kia tha application process m.

Whi, egotistical employees se jada gadhe hain. Mje ek lady employee mili thi BoB m, mjse ulajh gyi bolti hai, aap 25k mab ka accout lo ya 1L ka, pension/insurance compulsory hai. Mere bhtt ladne k baad manager akele m bolta hai, yaar kisi baat sun rhe, hum baithe hain na. Bhai alag hi universe m rehte hain ye log, pata ni inhe ghar, baal bchche, family k baad in sab ch****pe k liye time kha se milta hai.

I had the same exp with bob what I am facing currently with cbi. Staff bolta he 2nd holder ko rsdc ni milega I was like mazak mat kriyo. Rat ko ake complain thod diya. Manager fir khud apply kiya. 😂
 
Kya aapko? Joint account holder ke mobile number par cif ka ya account related koi bhi message aaya tha? Where to check both cif numbers
Yes, DC generation and CIF linking (to account) ka SMS ata hai secondary CIF k mobile no pe. Agar CIF linking ka SMS ni aya to mobile and net banking m joint account ni show hoga. Passbook me show hoga joint holder and even branch banking bi kar skte ho, but Mobile/Net banking ke liye ye linking compulsory hai.

CIF ID bank se hi milega. Or do what I did, call CBoI customer care, and ask them for your CIF ID after verification.

SMS template:

Dear Customer, CIF LINKING has been changed in your CIF NO.9xxxxx1234 in Bank records on 01/01/2025.

Also, is SMS ke bina joint holder ke CIF p debit card issue hojata hai, but it's much safer to ask them to place a request after this SMS is received.

Credit/Debit Txn and all major account-related SMS go to primary CIF mobile

All mobile banking and netbanking OTP/SMS go to the mobile number of the CIF used to log in.

Mere father ke mobile pe sms nhi aaya cif related isliye mujhe confusion tha.

so, whenever i do debit card txn, irrespective of whether it belongs to the primary or the secondary, OTP goes to primary mobile no.? or it goes to the respective CIF's mobile no.?

also, is there any way to get all debit cards delivered to the branch itself, rather than to the CIF address? because in our case each CIF has different aadhaar address & branch staff is not allowing any other ID proof.

as far as i know,
if card undelivered
it goes to local branch only
and customer need to visit branch to get the card

(happened with BOI & BOB)
