Thats already shared in this thread only, I only showed that image only which says the second person can get the debit card
I am referring to the document which states about the 2 debit cards which can be issued with this account
I am not able to see such doc here.
Could you please tag the doc if possible.

The document you are frantically looking for is the debit card user guide booklet that comes along with the debit card. So, if you have already received the debit card of the primary account, then you must have received the booklet as well.

Honest answer - I asked them to issue me a second DC, they were initially reluctant but didnt say no, I insisted, they said " are you here only for the debit card, why dont you do some funding first" I took less than 120 second transfer 50k. He couldnt think on why and how I did.
He said He will apply in evening.
I went to the branch in evening with Samosa's, Treated them, asked them to issue the second DC. Boom, he also took 120 seconds and applied.
Thats the real story. 😀
In form, they ask if joint a/c holder wants the second DC. I stupidly did not apply for joint account with my wife.
