Dear Customer, CIF LINKING has been changed in your CIF NO.9xxxxx1234 in Bank records on 01/01/2025.

I did not got this sms. Is this the reason dc is not getting applied ?

so, whenever i do debit card txn, irrespective of whether it belongs to the primary or the secondary, OTP goes to primary mobile no.? or it goes to the respective CIF's mobile no.?

also, is there any way to get all debit cards delivered to the branch itself, rather than to the CIF address? because in our case each CIF has different aadhaar address & branch staff is not allowing any other ID proof.

Yes DC OTPs go to primary mobile no irrespective of CIF.

Only Mobile/Netbanking OTP/SMS go to secondary mobile no (when logged in via secondary CIF).

Reject the delivery on the aadhaar address, it will be diverted to the branch. Confirmed with Branch because my Wife's aadhaar address was in diff state, fortunately they changed the communication addr based on our marriage cert.

yep maybe issue with message kyoki us sim ki incoming band thi maine aaj recharge kraya to debit card ka message aaya(1 din mai incoming band hogayi recharge end hote hi)

apke paas do CIF hai? dono linked hai? joint account hai passbook mai check karo? If you fulfil all of these requirements and tab bhi dc apply na ho to complaint to aapne file kar hi di hai, wait for nodal's reply.

yes 2 CIF
Passbook me 2nd holder ka CIF nhi he par dono ka naam hai.

Ha dekhte hai bank ka reply kya ata he isme.

Yeah for chequebook you will get SMS form Central Bank and for DC it's just an SMS from India Post.

They wont a lot of women have got this account. Retired women, middle class women, etc. They may discontinue the product but they wont touch existing ones. They might send Rupay Plat debit cards on renewals or NPCI might devalue RuPay altogether. But they won't introduces charges. It will take more money to formulate, analyze and deploy these changes than they could ever recoup from MAB charges.
