This is completely BS
No matter what, abusing someone like this aint justified

U can submit a formal complaint and other things, there is a way to do certain things of this sort

Even if the bank employee is slacking in his work, a simple formal complaint to branch manager and their higher ups will do the job

Verbal abuse and banter is not required for such things, don’t take inspiration from such incidents guys, follow protocol and be respectful to everyone

I wish I could..! but I quoted it because I accidently gave my ears to the branch managers for 10 minutes to understand what I will have to go through while opening the account. !
