Challenges with IndusInd Pinnacle Card & Exclusive Savings Account: Seeking Guidance on Upgrades and Benefits"

So here’s the case: I have gotten the Legend credit card and upgraded it to the Pinnacle credit card through an agent here—thanks to them. Secondly, I made a mistake by registering the credit card as soon as it arrived in the application, and now it’s showing an error, which I am generally facing. I’ve read here on forum that if you have connections with Paytm and Airtel prior, certain issues may arise while opening bank accounts with indusind as indusind manages some banking operations for them, which could be causing this error.

Furthermore, what I think I did wrong before being approved for the Legend card and the Pinnacle upgrade is that I tried to open an account with a ₹2,00,000 average monthly balance but left the process incomplete. Now, I have the Pinnacle card and am trying to open the exclusive savings account. Unfortunately, none of the three methods for opening the account are working. The worst part is that I’m unable to connect with a real agent despite trying multiple times. The IVR system directs me to their official website for more information, but I still can't get the support I need.

Moving on, one day after Holi, I visited my nearest IndusInd branch in person. However, after reading online that people were not aware of the reverse account opening process, I went to the branch to inquire about it. The branch staff told me they couldn’t open an exclusive savings account linked to the credit card’s holding capacity and even asked for my credit limit. They were unaware of the process.

Now, I am stuck with a message suggesting that I open a Delight savings account, which requires zero monthly average balance. The issue is, will I be able to upgrade to the exclusive savings account simply by opening the Delight account? Can I upgrade internally via the IndusInd mobile application without going to the branch, without any judgment about my balance, as I have faced in other banks like HSBC and Standard Chartered?

Additionally, I received a message suggesting I open the Delight savings account, which also includes a Titanium debit card with zero issuance and annual fees. I’ve saved the screenshot for reference. I’m thinking of opening this account and trying to upgrade it internally. I’m not sure how to do that, so if anyone knows, please help me out. Feel free to link threads or forums if relevant, or simply please share your experience here directly as well.

Now, regarding the Pinnacle card and exclusive savings account: I’m interested in knowing if there are any other premium savings account variants at IndusInd that provide similar benefits, since I'm concerned that if they close the exclusive account onboarding all this efforts and wait would go in vain.

As, the two main reasons I am considering IndusInd’s exclusive savings account are: zero charges on international ATM withdrawals and zero Forex markup fees. These are the prime benefits I’m looking for. Can anyone tell me if any other banks offer similar benefits?

Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your help!

If you open indusind delight account then have to wait for 3months and then you will be able to do upgrade request and another option is that you directly open exclusive savings account with initial funding and later link this card so there would not be problem in future
