Change Airtel Axis Credit Card Mobile Number

Application for airtel axis credit card rejected for my personal number.. so I tried with my dad number and application got approved now.
My question is after changing the mobile number from branch, will the credit card gets linked to my personal number axis mobile app as i already have two axis credit cards with them.

Edit: Application got rejected after VKYC.

Check your CIBIL report. Axis is reporting your details same day or in few days of your credit card application to CIBIL. At least I saw this for co-branded cards.

Does this matter firstly? Or its not related?

I just applied with my sister's mobile number and VKYC is done and appplication was approved. Now my question is that I already hold 2 cards from Axis on my personal number, I believe the third card will automatically be linked to my personal number(because PAN, Aadhaar etc matches) only even though I logged into Airtel Thanks app using a different number?

All of your three card would be mapped to yours sister mobile no. you need to change your mobile no. from axis app

Axis bank will reject after checking PAN number.

I applied from my Xstream mobile number --> rejected
I applied from my wife mobile number --> rejected
Last tried from secondary SIM that was registered on my wife uncle name --> approved

That was the time when we can apply for airtel card through airtel thanks app only but now can apply via Axis bank directly.

Note:
We only used the mobile number but all other details are ours only.

Not at all. Not possible.
Single type of card per PAN. --> Almost all banks follows this.

Hi All,

I am having airtel broadband connection & its tied up with my jio sim.
I applied for airtel axis card with my wife airtel sim (even that also we're no more using it as its secondary number).
My wife is having 2 axis bank credit cards & that tied-up with my wife primary number.

Now, the thing is I can change the airtel axis registered number (secondary number that no more using it) to her primary number but will I get the cashback if I use it in my airtel thanks app that linked to broadband (jio sim).
