Tata neu card is good, but app is shit. The app is making the card experience also worst.

Why can't they just credit all neu coins on one day instead of unlocking it one by one day by day?
Also why cant they just make one common expiry date for all coins instead of separate days?

On the statement generation date, credit all coins for the previous month in one shot.

The UI is also shit.

For promotional coins they keep only 3 months expiry and they don't even notify before expiry. They expect you to check manually every time. Lost 750 coins.

I am not able to see the tier system in app. There are some 3 or 4 tiers in the app like explorer, legend etc. app cashback is based on tier status.
Card cashback is still 5% I guess.

Overall very complicated. The 10% they say is not for l everyone.

I think they have rolled back the proposed tier system. Atleast as per existing terms, it's 10% for Tata neu app + Infinity card users

10 = 5+5 right.
But in many places in the app I have seen "up to 5%". That means somewhere it is still there. Maybe but not very clear.

The add-on card now does not offer any benefits, other than lounge access. Any suggestions to maximize the usage benefits for this add-on card?

Its becoming useless card day by day. First upi restriction of Neu app only now this.

So only way remained to maximise usage is
Use Tata neu app from primary applicantt's mobile number as much as possible
For UPI, Billpay, GV purchase , Tata Brand Shopping.
But lot of better cards presents in market for Billpay and GV.
