I see three options.

1) You can get 2600 neucoins - 5% neucoin with neu app. (Since, you have Tata Neu Infnity, I am assuming you are in legend tier.) 5% cashback with Tata Neu infinity.
2) you can get 1300 neucoins with Neu app + Rs 1300 cashback with sbi cashback.
3) You can get Rs 2000 discount with HDFC / SBI credit card (not cashback) + 1300 neucoins using neu app.

Option 3 is best.

Rs.2000 is being applied with SBI cashback card as well as Tata Neu Infinity Card on the website. So, I can get it for Rs.22800 approx (24000 - 5% cashback).

BUT, Tata Neu app's electronics (croma) section is so poor, as soon as I apply offer, all payment methods disappear. Even if I apply other cards offer, same result. 😕

So, I will wait till tomorrow if the app starts functioning properly to get additional NeuCoins, else will place order from website.

Only confusion i am having is earlier 2-3 months back, tata neu app informed that legend tier is given to tata neu infinity card holders directly without fulfilling any criteria.
But now i saw in the morning that despite i have infinity card, i have been given tier 3 in neupass.

2 years back tata neu had the facility of pick up from store facility in delhi south ex. And that time they used to match the price of any electronic online on their site and offline croma store.
But recently i went there to buy a laptop. Same model was 3k cheaper online on tata neu app, as compared to croma offline store.
So yes sometimes this card saves us a money sometimes not. Also i was able to utilise 4600 neucoins which had been accumulated over time and i was not able to utilise them.

No, it will be 1300 + 500 Neu Coins. (actually 1200+500 after Rs.2000 discount as total payment will be 24k).

Sometimes double dip is applicable, like if infinity card is eligible for instant discount too, then it would give you instant discount of 2000 + 5% neucoins due to infinity card which has no upper limit + 500 neucoins (Due to capping of upto 500 neucoins for neupass).
I purchased a gaming laptop this way. Sometimes this type of deals are there and we get awesome discount.

So, I placed order on Tata Neu app for Rs.24038 and got 500 NeuCoins. Hope to get 1200 NeuCoins in statement.

App was not working properly on Samsung S25 (latest android version may be). So, I logged in with my number on another mobile and placed order.
