This post is about how to get billing date changed for various banks. Some directly via app, some via emails.
I hate getting on calls with Customer care, so decided to do things via email. Folks can use it as reference to do the same for their own cards.
Note : All the banks took 2 business days to resolve the request till now for my emails. Waiting on Indusind and IDFC to see if they also do the same.
Pre-Requisite : Latest Due amount in bill should have been paid and it should reflect in your card.
ICICI :
Status : Success
One can do it directly via iMobile app itself .
Open iMobile -> Navigate to your credit card page -> Click on "Manage" -> Scroll to the bottom and select " View & Manage Billing Cycle " -> Select the date you want and submit
Dates allowed : 2, 5, 8, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 25, 28
YES Bank :
Status : Success
One can do it directly via IRIS app itself .
