Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

Yes you will as long as it gives utility MCC . That is the only requirement..
Another requirement is 300 CB is applicable on your First utility payment only

If you get Rs 300 cashback, please update us in the community. I was about to do a prepaid recharge in Amazon with my neo card.
If , it doesn't active the welcome offer of Rs300, I will not do it.

Do recharge using the native app like if you have jio sim use jio app same goes for vi or airtel users. You will definitely get 300 cb. But if you do 1st transaction using Amazon app than you can't be able to get 300 cb

Do you get any confirmation message regarding Cashback from axis after you done payment?

Enable everything except international transactions.

I just disabled and enabled it. Now it's working.

But ask for MCC of that transaction
