Checking HDFC pre-approved cards triggered CIBIL enquiry

They asked for the latest complete CIBIL report. I have provided them, Let's see how it progresses now.
 
How can I get my cibil report. I am not getting download option with freecharge. They did 7 inquiries on mine
 
Based on my observation (do let me know for changes)

CIBIL hit happens after 2nd step in below screenshots (only if you proceed to 3rd step).

Note: In one screenshot, you know the offered card without CIBIL hit, in other its only after CIBIL hit. Proceed with Caution ..
The above screenshot is the old version which normally has to be that way. Until unless you choose or like the card u don't give this is how it was when I got DCP ltf but now when I check it shows like second screenshot. Hdfc is scamming this way it should not be done as it affects every person cibil. It is like forcing people to take the useless cards for some and some it is useful. They should change the way like the old one. Presume hdfc has done the 3 step on purpose so that once cibil hits people some of the are forced to take it else disputing this takes lot of time as civil.does not remove errors just like they do in US. Here the transunion functions like careless attitude as there is no strong customer laws like in US. Even banks has to report every month end the correct one sometimes it is seen after paying credit card it becomes zero still they report to cibil with outstanding. This i have seen in my cibil. I left it cuz it is headache with banks they don't bother they take lot of time until you raise this with RBI ombudsman. Careful to all don't even bother to check through online with current 3 steps instead they should have done like choose card as second tab and confirm details last.it is on purposely hdfc has done this
 
Instead call care and findout if any upgrade or ltf offer is available. Even this is headache as they may not know online offers . Infact they should be in tandem with it. But they don't.
 
It would be helpful if you can share what you wrote in the complaint.

This ******* HDFC did 5-6 CIBIL hits in a span of few days. I mailed their cs and they always extend the timeline.
You should have emails with 2 service request numbers, SR level 1 and SR for the escalation.

Assuming last 30 days have passed since the first response from escalations, you can file a complaint with the ombudsman.

In the ombudsman complaint, I mentioned that I've not applied for any credit and still have an inquiry from HDFC. Attached the email conversations for proof. Also attached all the emails where HDFC CS kept extending the date.
 
Two options

1. Identify Yourself --> Choose your card
2. Identify yourself --> Confirm your details

Option 1 don't trigger CIBIL enquiry.
Option 2 triggers CIBIL enquiry

Tried and tested several times.
