So I made payment for CC bill and the payment showing failed in cheq app but in phonepe app that upi transction is showing successful i contacted Cheq app and they said it's not successfully processed by there payment gateway and it will be refunded to me within 2 days (By the end of 25 Sep 2025),Now just to be on safed side I raised a ticket with phonepe too in early morning and they replied with bot msg and left my ticket open,now after 15 min of opening ticket PhonePe informed me that my PhonePe is blocked permanently now to reopen they asked for some doc which I gave them but they replied and said they detected some unusual activity(refused to go in details) and it can't be reinstalled.
Now losing PhonePe is not the main issue since I can still use the other upi apps without worry but how will the refund from cheq will be processed now because I think that money is stucked now.
