CIBIL Alert | ATLAS TRIGGERS Terminated

Guys, got this new alert today on my CIBIL and I have no clue what does that mean !!!
It just says this "A new loan account has been seen in your CIBIL report" and there is account number and also account type as Credit card.
I have not applied for any credit card recently!

Help me to decode it !!!

It might be old message came late or something u applied last month and got message now (or 2-3 months earlier). Login and check which account first then act based on whether its u applied or not?

Did you apply for the HDFC Swiggy credit card? It's weird because on mobile, it shows HDFC Bank but on web it shows Atlas Triggers.

Even in last 2-3 months I have not applied for any card.

It's some erroneous alert from cibil. Refresh your report and you won't see it

I also got atlas trigger but bank is axis bank.
I got axis my zone and closed axis ace.

I also see alerts under existing Axis CC. Instead of card name, it says “ATLAS TRIGGERS Terminated”. Looked up on web. It appears to be an error message of the Mongo DB database that CIBIL perhaps uses.

Anyone saw this? Any conformation on what it is?

If you have recently split limit between cards, taken a new card based on split limit, a second or third card on your existing credit card etc., you might see this in Cibil.
Wait and it will be clear in a few days. Which ever new card or credit card account will show up in cibil..

Seems CIBIL is giving the code for any change instead of actual names.

This is either getting triggered by CI or CIC. The bug is simply with the name of the entity not being shown properly due to some technical issue.

seems like year end panic on CIBIL tech side, if no loan applied next refresh it shall go away same way it appeared (mysteriously).

It is a coding error at cibil end. Whenever their api fails it shows the Atlas triggers message
