CIBIL Alert | ATLAS TRIGGERS Terminated

Guys, got this new alert today on my CIBIL and I have no clue what does that mean !!!
It just says this "A new loan account has been seen in your CIBIL report" and there is account number and also account type as Credit card.
I have not applied for any credit card recently!

Help me to decode it !!!

raise with CIBIL ask bank name and then connect with corresponding bank PNO
