Yes. Cibil recently started deleting enquiries more than 3 years old/

Absolutely sure, I can see mine getting deleted on a monthly basis. It could be glitch. Raise a dispute with Cibil.

Yes. Cibil recently started deleting enquiries more than 3 years old/

Enquiries are never deleted. Its just that CIBIL stopped showing them and only showing last 3 years. I know if we get report from SBI homes website it shows all older enquires.

Yes,I remember a case,a practicing MBBS doctor isn't able to get a credit card coz of KCC default on his CIBIL.
