I haven't stacked, I just bought once for 600 rs last time when the offer came, just to see what's there in the premium subscription.
I think I get an email everytime some entity pulls my report. And it will have details of which bank pulled it etc.
Apart from that daily refresh, simulator etc. Other than this, I don't find much value. I may not renew after this one expires.

Yes. Graphical interface is not that good.

Free version in other free cibil apps offers better readability.

Important thing is we get authentic and immediate update anyday, anytime.

- our data with ourself, and no need to share with any thirdparty. Moreover, it contains sensitive information like loan numbers, card limits which they can use to sell.

either us or those third party have to "pay" to get the report, and AFAIK in India no thirdparty company do charity. Though they're providing us "Free", they need to get back what they already "paid to cibil" (something like using data harvesting).

- any escalation need official report from CIBIL only.

How to contact there customer support? I paid for one subscription, and it got updated after half and hour and after i paid for second subscription it just stuck over the payment confirmation page, payment deducted. And Can't see next year confirmation. Can you guide me inthat.

But no proper resolution for 9 months after many follow-ups. So escalated this to RBI Ombudsman and Got issue resolved in 4 days with 1 year of extra subscription for free.

yes but careful as prime balance expires in 1 year and you need to extend membership soon as your first year expires
