Hi Team,
Today I noticed my CIBIL dropped by 8 points and I can see a CIBIL hit by consumer loan without even me applying. I don’t know what’s happening. Also noticed I have received an SMS about it earlier.

Please guide how shall I escalate and how do I remove the enquiry.

I don’t even know what is CLEAG_SQUARE_YARDS

I escalated to next level within LTFS and asked for proof of myself requesting for it; instead of directly going to RBI ombudsman, as someone didn't get favorable response through that channel. They called me to repeat same thing that we already confirmed you requested it, without even reading what I was asking. After I told them that I need a proof such as OTP, Signature, IVR etc. they said they will check further. I have a feeling that I am just wasting my time following up.

Hi Friends, Even I have received same SMS and enquiry of Consumer Loan has been entered on my CIBIL report on 17th February, 2024. We need to collectively take steps and I am taking MD of L&T Finaance - Sudipta Roy head on and would not spare them at any cost. Let's collectively fight on social media and shame this MD on every platform, links of the Fraud MD's profile

His email id should be one of these : Bombard him with your email with all of your choice words. Let's not tolerate this FRAUD on you at any cost.

Let's bombard these emails with your email and do not share any of your personal documents (KYC Documents). Do not listen any of their argument and give FRAUD company LnT Finance a befitting reply.

Let's fight for right and once I did with another bank and they had to take steps.

Today they called me and I relieved myself completely and would not let LNTFS sleep peacefully. They will call me again tomorrow.

where you raised the query? on mail or Twitter? Me too want to remove that cibil hit

The culprits are credit report aggregators like paisabazaar along with l&t finance. Few days ago I was checking my credit report through paisabazaar and accidentally tapped on l&t loan banner. It started loading some page and I immediately closed the tab. 2 days later I received cibil and crif enquiry sms and loan approval sms "CLEAG_PAISA_BAZAAR". Then I raised dispute on CIBIL and contacted l&t via Twitter and email. They asked for cibil report, their illiterate executives first failed to notice the enquiry "LNTFIN" and replied "We couldn't find l&t finance in your report hence unable to raise service request". Then I had to highlight it and then only service request is raised today. Let's see how it goes.

my friend cibil was hit by fraud company "LNT FINANCE"


ON CIBIL AND CRIF WEBSITE





1.unncessary fraud CREDit inquiry on cibil reports


2. Reported to RBI


3. Raised dispute on both (cibil and CRIF website) but no solution


4. Raised to customer care of LNT FINANCE on email and social media





Still not problem resolved from last 15 days





Anyone had this before? And how you guys solve it to remove credit inquiry





This Company "Lnt finance" is telling my friend that their partner company "wecredit" has done otp validation and they don't have proof of it and they have hit on my friend's cibil inquiry

RBI COMPLAINT IS CLOSED BY RBI AFTER 30 DAYS OF CIBIL INQUIRY WITH RULE
Closure clause
:16(1)(a)10(2)(a)(i)

KINDLY HELP ON THIS URGENTLY" ANYONE FROM THIS COMMUNITY

This really sucks, I mistakenly clicked the link in the WhatsApp message, and I immediately closed the tab without it properly loading and the next thing I know is credit enquiry on CIBIL, just how desperate these people are? What to do now? It's just too fast eh, so annoying -_-

☹️☹️☹️☹️ Exactly my thing, I just mistakenly clicked their link on WhatsApp from WeCredit, and hell man, without even asking if I really want the loan or not, without adding any other details, without any OTP whatsoever they just hit the CIBIL. It's really crazy and scary just how much data do they have already, and I don't even what the heck is WeCredit, never used it.
