Cibil score missing from onescore app

Hi all,

I have been using onescore to fetch my cibil and experian credit scores for more than 1 year.
But today when cibil score refresh was available, i refreshed it and it shows only experian score. Cibil score is missing.
I did try to check via other apps or websites, same problem. Wishfin app showed that problem is from cibil server not responding to our request.
I am attaching screenshots of onescore app. As you can see credit history is 1 year 1 month old. Previously i was able to view both scores from the time when my cibil score was generated for the first time i.e in April 2023.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Have any one of you ever faced this issue?

The CIBIL (TransUnion) app is functioning fine for me; I have just refreshed it. However, problem is that app does not permit the taking of screenshots.

It does allow. No such restriction. I took a SS just now...

Since i do not have cibil subscription i cannot check in cibil transunion app as i checked my free yearly report on it back in February.
And you cannot refresh cibil score in onescore app as you have 26 days left for refresh. So you cant check if problem is with onescore app.

Yes, Have you tried airtel app or google pay app or amazon as they do provide cibil score.
 
Thats what i heard back from them.
Any idea what they are trying to say ?

I sent two emails to these email ID(onescorehelp@onescore.app) to update my address in the OneScore app, but I haven't received any reply. Is there any other email ID to contact OneScore customer care?

They are clear in their communication. Which part you did not follow ?

Take up the issue with CIBIL. Write to them.
Yes sir, i do agree they are clear about the issue. But since i am using it since 1 year how can verification failed problem suddenly pops up ?
And also what verification or authentication has failed they did not mention as my details are correct and haven't changed from past year.
Also as per their advice i contacted CIBIL support helpline and the executive told me everything is fine from their end and account is verified. She asked me to raise a dispute.
I raised it and recieved acknowledgment on email that they require 2 says to revert back.
